國際益龍閥門（山東）有限公司，是集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營為一體的閥類專業(yè)制造公司。主要生產(chǎn)：球閥（耐磨、耐氣蝕）、蝶閥等國標(biāo)、美標(biāo)、日標(biāo)閥門。公司廠區(qū)占地面積15000㎡，員工100多人，中、高級技術(shù)研發(fā)人員30人。公司建立了CAD閥門設(shè)計中心，進(jìn)一步提高了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計水平、縮短了設(shè)計周期；建立了生產(chǎn)中心，配備了數(shù)控車床、加工中心和其他**設(shè)備，確保了零部件的加工質(zhì)量和尺寸精度；建立了質(zhì)量檢測中心，設(shè)計和安裝了流量檢測、氣、水壓力密封檢測設(shè)備，配置了理化檢測、射線探傷、三維測試儀等儀器，使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量得到了嚴(yán)格控制。

INTRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY

INTERNATIONAL E-LONG  VALVES(SHANDONG) CO, LTD is a valve company that specialize in manufacture and sailing .It is a high-tech enterprise which specialized in automatic engineering desigin、sale、engineering service.The main products:ball valves(wearable、bear erodent)，butterfly valves(bear erodent)，gate valves(wearable),which accord with GB、ASTM、JIS.The square of our company is 15000M?and there are 150 employee which enclose 30 of intermediate and advanced techonology employee.We build up CAD valve designing center which increase the level of design and quality and build up manufacture center which equipped lathe of numerical control,processing center and others special equipments which make sure to improve quality and measurement precision of parts.We also build up quality checking center and design and equip flow examine，gas，sealed and examining equipment of warter pressure,and collocate physical chemistry checking instrument,radial visit,three-dimensional equipments,and those can severely control quality of products.

There stand strong techno-force,excellent manufacturing equipment,advanced checking means,self-contained quality guarantee .We can provide high quality,excellent performance,advanced technology products and obtain extensive admiration of our clients.

 In order to satisfy the needs of market about high quality,high tech products,we cooperate with Shandong University,Beihang University,Qingdao University of science & technology and famous designing academy of China,and fetch the new products on top,for example ,wearable valve,bear-erosive valve and so on.All this ,which can make the firm base of our company competition.
